What Is the All Indonesia Arrival Card?
On 24 July 2025, the Indonesian government introduced the Arrival Card. This is a new document that combines multiple arrival forms into one.
Before, you had to fill out separate forms when you arrived, such as the:

This new document covers your:
- Customs declaration
- Health status
- Quarantine details
Who Needs To Complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card
The Arrival Card is a requirement for all international travelers. This includes international tourists and residents, and Indonesian citizens. It should be completed online within 72 hours of your arrival.
It’s mandatory for arrivals at all international airports and seaports, including:
- Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta)
- Bali (Ngurah Rai)
- Surabaya (Juanda)
Important: Please note that if you plan on traveling to Bali, you also need to pay the mandatory Bali Tourist Levy before arrival.
